I was highly skeptical when I first contacted Amy. I figured we would run a few computer programs, take a few tests, and then I would walk away knowing exactly the same information as I knew before. However, after the first session I had a very good sense of myself and began to see that further sessions would be greatly beneficial. Amy is very helpful, energetic, and excited about her work. She really devotes her time and effort to helping find a unique path for each individual. Amy’s strengths are getting very excited, invested, and helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable without being smug. I especially like how she always actively listened and tried to connect everything to the career coaching, no matter how disjointed my stories were. The entire coaching process taught me a lot about myself and my interests. I now keep the full report (completed at the end of the course) of myself tacked to my wall so that I can refer to it in times of doubt.

The Case for a Career Exploration Coach

Imagine All the Working People

Imagine a world where everyone enjoys their work, works in their area of interest, utilizes their strengths, works in an environment that supports their personality, and feels valued. What would the world be like? How much more productive would companies and organizations be? How would a happy workforce contribute to happy people in the world? Less crime, more giving back, world peace….you catch my drift.

Now Imagine You……

Working in a job in line with your core values, a place you enjoy and working in a subject area that interests you greatly. Imagine doing the work you enjoy and are good at, and working alongside others who enjoy their work and are successful.

Can’t Imagine it?

Imagine working with a Next Game Plan career coach. Exploring careers and moving from confusion to clarity with confidence.

The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. — Steve Jobs
