I now feel more
comfortable with my authentic leadership style, and I’m
able to better explore ways to improve my strengths and
minimize my weaknesses in the future. Discussing these experiences
and challenges using the ”plays” (tools and
frameworks) from the “playbook” allowed me to
find my authentic leadership style and accordingly adjust
my approach to any future challenge I face.
