Peer Coaching Approach

·       Groups include up to 10 members

·       Participants take turns presenting challenges.

·       Every group member learns and grows as both a presenter and a participant.

·       Group members help each other work on individual development goals.

·       Coach helps group work together and helps guide the discussion.

·       Participants are held accountable by other peer group members.
